1. Do you have your own factory?

Yes, we are factory located in Jinghai Economic Development Zone, Tianjin, China.

2.How can i get your quotation as soon as possible?

You can send me message from the website/ add my wechat/whatsapp / email. We will send you our best offer ASAP.

3.Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

4.How long can I expect to get the sample ?

The samples will be ready for delivery within one week. The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 7-10 days.

5.What kind of artwork are available for opening a mould ?

A: AI design or CDR design. or PDF file.

6.What's the price term and payment method?

30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipping.
